You mean the shot Pac who lost to Jeff Horn, a school teacher? Not really. Crawford needs to fight Spence or Thurman. Lomachenko should fight Garcia.

Bud earned his shots from day one, no hype, was the opponent in his first title shot which he won, and yes, there were tune-ups, cause that's where you gain the kind of experience "I'll just dominate pros" Lomachenko was badly missing vs. that 12-loss guy. Don't confuse arrogance with bravery, there was nothing brave about fighting a 10-1 underdog Salido, we just pointed out that his swarming pro style will upset Loma's amateur boxing.

Let's face it: Lomachenko is a bigger international name, but for all the bad reasons. A fight vs. Pac at 144ish then running back to 135 would make absolutely no sense to the packed WW division, Bud vs. Pac could set up BIG things at WW however for 2019. Crawford is a legit a 147 titleholder, and if you think he isn't cause Pac beat Horn last year, all the more reasons Pac should settle the score with Bud on "his" title. One way or another, Pac's going out on his shield, which he should after he benefited from facing shot De La Hoya, and boxing, and 147 lbs in particular would benefit more if he did that vs. a legit 147 champ.

Great post. Careful though. The Loma stans are like hyenas. They travel in packs and they're going to be very upset by this thread.
