Crawford is the total package. He can box, he can slug, he can counter, he has good power, he can fight orthodox or southpaw, and he has a great ring IQ.

The only thing he's missing is a good resume.

Let's judge a fighter to this extent at the end of his career,. You know, when they've fought everyone.

    Or even somebody.. Lol
    Resume is everyrhing.

But yeh,. He is good, but calm down dear.

I find that hard to believe, given that there are multiple fighters in this generation who are roundabout equal in terms of talent.

Anyone can look good against bums in Omaha and the corpse of what once could be called Kell Brooks career.

Two schools of thought need to be managed into one.

The first school of thought is all about HOW boxers deal with their opponents. Crawford excels here. However too many times boxers have excelled at this until they face elite opponents.

The second school of thought is all about WHO they did that to. Haven’t seen him in with anyone of the top guys at 147. Spence, Porter hell I’d even take Thurman

I don't think he's a once in a generation type fighter. If he is, he hasn't shown it and distanced himself from any competitors for that claim. If he was a talent like that then Floyd Mayweather Jr wouldn't have been fighter of the decade for 2010-2019. Crawford was fighting the whole decade right alongside of Mayweather but never managed to distinguish himself, or even get rated as the #1 pound for pound. A once in a generation type of fighter doesn't get eclipsed by two fighters of an older generation and a couple of his own in his prime. Crawford has been overshadowed by Gonzalez, Lomachenko, Ward, Canelo, GGG. There's even some speculation that Inoue and Usyk might be better than him right now.

I actually say his resume is good. It's just not good for a p4p top 3 rated guy. Relative to most name fighters, I think it's pretty good. But he is a bad, bad man.

And he doesn't buy into the MSM lie about covering the godliness of one's face neither. I like that. Brought his little guys out in the sunshine to Disney, like a good dad does, said eff the haterz and eff the MSM and the virus. That's p4p stuff right there, for me.

Probably, but he's not DOING ANYTHING WITH IT! I love to watch Bud fight, I even like his laid back attitude in his interviews. I don't need a clown show to like a fighter, but his career has been frustration piled on frustration.

Once in a generation talent are guys like SRL, Toney, Floyd, Loma, DLH.

Once in a century talent are guys like SRR, RJJ, Sweetpea, Tyson, Pacquiao, Hearns.

Bud doesn't belong in either category but that's not his main problem. His main problem is his promoter.

I know there are a lot of haters of Crawford on here but he is a rare talent. He just hasn't been promoted properly or designated as the golden child. His career to me is running parallel to Larry Holmes. I just them busters over there with Al will grow some nuts and give the man some work. If Danny beats Spence then I think the doors will start to swing open for Crawford because Danny is gonna make them go through Crawford to get a shot at him. Especially if there is no rematch clause between him and Spence.
That century and generation list has a lot to be desired. Just saying.

There are probably worse comparisons and I agree alot of welters don't seem to be in a hurry to fight him, but it looks to me like he straight ducked Porter. That really bothered me. That would be a great fight, but Bud ain't taking it because it's risky and nobody is gonna pay him 8 figures for it. Or at least that's the way it appears to me.
