His best win is Postol. It's been this way for years and years. Still regularly in a lotta top 2 p4p spots. He's an elite prospect at this point. He's closer to a Devin Haney or Tank than a Taylor or Canelo.

Bud passes the eye test, yes. He has a very interesting style, yes. Almost all boxing fans want to see him do well, but he hasn't done s***. Current Shawn Porter would be his best win, what does that tell you? All the eye tests in the world mean nothing if you don't face elite competition.

Crawford may as well be Cuban for how horribly his career has panned out vs. what could've been.

ive always said spence works him. i even give mikey an edge. whats sad, is that even if im wrong about it, by the time bud fights someone that could possibly give him an argument that he would take those guys, he will be past it and get beat. so even being wrong im gonna be right.

LOL Crawford has a weak resume but based on his outclassing of postol he is on that next level. He wears Taylor down and beats him by decision.

Had the chance to jump in with the big names but chose to resign with Arum for some reason. he can only blame himself.

You could be right but maybe Taylor is getting him at the right time he is more battle hardened than Crawford

He's unified two divisions and is a top 3 fighter in a third.

That puts him above prospect level imo.

youre allowing yourself to grow. im not saying i know im right, im saying youre taking in new in formation, and making the adjustments necessary, to keep the machine running right. if it turns out we were wrong, we make another adjustment. some people stunt their own growth by inserting themselves emotionally in the process. i even catch myself doing it on occasion. but it should be about what reality is telling you, unedited.

Its unfortunate Crawford has wasted his prime by not pursuing an elite matchup(s).

He's no doubt wasting his prime. The ability is obvious to anyone who knows what they are seeing but it only matter what you can prove not how much untapped potential you possess.

I personally think he beats Spence but it's meaningless if he never fights him and he allows Spence to build a better resume, because greatness is achieved through who you beat not how good you look in the ring. Much like how Calzaghe allowed Ottke during their reigns out shine him by beating other champions first, Crawford is allowing his talent and ability to be overshadowed by Spence.

So I have no issue with people criticising Crawford in fact I encourage it. It needs to be made clear to him and his handlers what he's doing isn't acceptable. If you claim to be the best P4P fighter on the planet you need to prove it, he's not some prospect but a veteran champion, it's time to put up or shut up.

    In Crawford’s mind he’s not
Wasting his prime. He’s doing just what he wants, avoiding tough fights and fighting bums while earning millions. He’s following what Mayweather did. It’s not like he wants the big fights. If he wanted them, they would happen
