Everybody can beat crawford until crawford beats the crap out of him. Then, suddenly and for no reason, this "everybody" becomes an overrated out of prime easy pick. You are so boring, guys. And yes, a 3 divisions champion is a prospect now since ESB standards. Good to know. No wonder why I spend lately more time in the lounge talking about trump than here. You should be talking about football, or curling, or whatever.... you have no clue about boxing. You bore me to death.
What? You mean his power was greater than Postol's so he managed to drop him twice, but since the first 4 rounds leading up to that were razor close and could go either way, so Bud figured he had it in the bag and literally hauled ass for the next 7 rounds. That abysmal fan losing performance proved he was next level? Yeah a next level *****. Whereas Taylor when he could've played it safe, actually stepped to Postol, fought his fight and beat him at his own game, like a real man. Not saying Taylor definitively beats Bud or even wins, but nothing can be gleaned from their shared performances against The Iceman.
Postol won 2 out of those first 4 rounds and won only the 3rd round convincingly and got outclassed the rest of the fight.
Yes, because Crawford changed his fighting style, because he realized he couldn't decisively beat Postol by staying in range. And yes... all four early rounds were damn close. Most likely Bud could've stopped Postol had he gone all out, but... he pussed out, and chose the path of least resistance.
No, he was on PPV for the first time, and had dropped Postol twice. Instead of putting his foot on the gas and finishing in spectacular fashion, he decided to punish all of us who paid for that goddamn accursed PPV, by calculating in his head... "Uh oh, what if I can't drop Postol again, and he keeps the rest of the fight as close as the first 4 was. **** this I'm playing it safe from here on out, and **** the audience and their money!"
Pick em with a slight lean to Taylor because Mikey has been inactive, Taylor hasn't and has found his groove.
Garcia looked like the Michelin man at 147 and didn't bring any power up to that weight. Better to stay at 140.
Mikey gets knocked out and even he knows that. He had his opportunity to get in there but he thought about it. Smart man.
