    Greetings friends.

I believe that Crawford is going to stop Horn within 3 rounds and here’s why.
Crawford is levels above Horn in terms of skill this is obvious to me. Horn’s only advantage is size in this fight and I do not think it will do him any favours I just see it as being a bigger target for Crawford to tee off on. Crawfords is a lot more accurate and sits down on his shots making him more dangerous than an old Pacquiao who no longer really follows through on his punches and lets not forget that this old version of Pacquiao had Horn almost out in the 9th round so I don’t think the argument that Crawford isn’t big enough to hurt Horn is valid.

The other point that I here some fans make is that the much smaller Gamboa hurt Crawford. This maybe so but this was because Gamboa was fast and explosive two things that Horn is not. I doubt that Horn will be able to land clean on Crawford.

Old Randall Bailey was able to badly hurt Horn in their fight. I know the last thing to go is the power but if Bailey was a few years younger I dare say he would have stopped Horn. I don’t think that Horn has the best chin and I think when Crawford finds it and he will early that Horn will go down and he will be hurt. I envision multiple knock downs with Horn being brave enough to get up but stopped on his feet.

I hope that you enjoyed my opening post and I look forward to bumping this thread after the fight regardless if I am right or wrong. Enjoy the fight.

Remember when Mannys was meant to take Horn clean out in a within 5 rounds?

The Hornet is not just bigger in size he has the bigger heart, the greater will and spirit along with a relentless work rate not to mention the pressure he puts on his opponents is unprecedented.

Crawford in the midst of battle when Horn's punches are reigning down on his temple, in a state of sheer bewildering terror, he will begin asking himself the alarming questions "why do these punches hurt so much?! When are they going to stop they are coming from everyhere. why oh why did I move up and take this fight...WHY????"

I doubt Crawford wins that quickly, he usually takes a couple of rounds to feel his opponent out, and he also shows little urgency in taking his guy out when he's already winning.

No way, never! I would rather believe that Horn will take Crawford in three rounds. :)
But, realistically, Crawford should win by decision or in later rounds.

The Crawford haters seem to forget that Pac had Horn out on his feet at the end of the 9th round. When Crawford gets Horn there he will finish the job. Period!!!

Crawford isn't levels above Horn, Jeff is deceptively and I mean deceptively skilled, as in, most logical people who do know **** about boxing, seem to blank out and not comprehend anything they're seeing when they watch him.

Horn's main advantage aside from his size is his rhythm, which is exceptionally awkward, to say its fluid is an understatement, he moves through the ring like a ****d up hybrid of a mongoose and a cobra, he as hard to hit clean as Crawford, if not harder, he's grace in the eye of the hurricane, regardless of how visually ugly his style is. Because even when going to war, when he's on the inside, he's hard to hit clean due to his calypso like slithering around on his opponent, his incessant subtle movements, just keeping his head and body covered or just out of range... dare I say its Andre Ward-esque. His cutting of the distance and head movement is equally awkward, Manny when he was coming in, as fast as Manny is, was having a hellacious time timing him, his rhythm is nonlinear as it could be, combined with full body jutting in and out pseudo stutter step technique. He's ridiculously hard to anticipate or prepare for adequately.

Every opponent Bud has faced ha had linear movement, and are not awkward at all, except for Gamboa, who managed to win 4 rounds off of Bud, and rock him to his core late. And this was a chinny midget moving up, not a guy who took flush Manny shots for an entire round without going down, after being violently headbutted the round before, then he proceeded to come out and win the last 3. That's the other quality that is hard to quantify, his will and heart, and Horn's is bigger than anyone Bud has faced to date.

Scoff if you like, but the reasons I listed above is why I picked Warrington to beat Selby, and no one else did, its also the reason I picked Horn to beat Pac, and no one else did. I see what others do not or are unwilling to see sometimes.

Crawford will win. Only decision to make is should I put money on a KO or a decision win?

Horn is a tough Australian *******. The only way I see a quick KO is a sneaky body shot that paralyzes him. Other than that, Crawford is going to have a long night. He should focus on just punishing Horn every time the guy makes a mistake to demoralize him then go for the KO.

Patience and execution will be the keys to this fight. No need to blow his load and make it personal. That’s what Horn wants which is why he’s trying to get under Bud’s skin.

Bold prediction. I agree that if Horn and Crawford were the same size that this fight wouldn't even be worth talking about. The size is really the only thing he has on Crawford and is beat in every departement. I think Crawford wins but he won't take Horn out that early if he does it will be late and it will because of cuts.

Crawford schools the overrated Aussie by 10-2 11-1 UD. Bud can even stop him late if he works that body early in the fight.

If the Hornet is very agressive from the get-go and decides to maul Bud from the first bell he can get KO'd early.
