Yes and he's all sinew and muscle at the weight too. He doesn't get criticized for cleaning out the welterweight division of nigh on all the career 140 pounders who moved up either. Since winning his first world title off of career 147 champ Brook 5.5 years ago he's only fought one other career 147 pounder champ (Porter)

Well if Usyk ever gets in trouble in the future he can always just spit out his mouth piece when buzzed & then go looking around for it to buy him some more time, works every time.

Erroll is ranked highly because of his excellent fundamentals skill sets e.g. the best jab in boxing, his mindset mentality and body punching ability. Spence is a mixture of Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Donald Curry and Mike McCallum. One thing I will say about Bud Crawford is that he is no fool. Why not take £10 Million guarantee bankrupt BLK Prime by selling only 15,000 PPV’s and avoid certain painful defeat by EJ.

He came to Sheffield in Yorkshire-and ripped the belt from Brook in his hometown. ESPN will rate American fighters higher but no doubt Spence should be number 1 P4P followed by Usyk.

A weight-drained Kell Brook moving down from 160. At that stage of their careers, if Brook fought Spence before he fought GGG, Brook would have won. A prime Spence is better than a prime Brook though for sure.

Except unlike a prospect he's also defeated ranked fighters, champions and former champions, at multiple weights.

Fact is Spence just did not win, he beat the **** out of Brook and made him quit. That is what EJ does. Even you admit prime for prime Spence is better.

In case you are confused then I am happy to elaborate as an old timer and educate you. Erroll Spence Jr known as the Truth and EJ is perfect blend of the mindset mentality of Marvelous Marvin Hagler, the supreme fundamental skills set of fellow Texan Donald Curry the Lonestar Cobra and the sublime body punching ability of Mike McCallum a proper technician in the ring. I hope the point is well made and understood. Terence Crawford is along the lines of Sugar Ray Leonard an athletically gifted boxer who is a mean son of a *****.

I've never disputed him being a good fighter but it's comical how hideously overrated he is and has long been with regards to his thoroughly undeserved lofty P4P ranking. I come across so many people/clowns who have him #1 and have had him ranked in their top 10 since the Brook fight. Of course none of them are able to justify this utterly ridiculous assertion because it obviously doesn't hold up to any kind of scrutiny at all.

No he's none of those things and he's not fit to carry the spit bucket of any of those greats. But then again, you think he beats Clenelo even though he's literally never put in a dominant performance against a career 147 pounder world champion once in his career yet, let alone done so to a 154, 160, 168 or 175 pounder

Bud laid that guy out stiff as a board last weekend . Spence is the one who's been making unreasonable demands about the fight with Crawford , Wanting 70-80% of the purse to begin negotiations. Crawford is an undefeated 3 division champ who held all the belts at 140.

Yes he did come over to the UK to beat a Kell who was coming off a bad beating, a stoppage loss, a terrible eye injury and gruesome surgery to repair it and back down from two divisions North after bulking up to fight at 160 and I acknowledge that. I even acknowledge he would probably have still come over here to face a much better version of Kell than the one he fought. But I'm sorry I'm not prepared to award American fighters a medal of honor for doing something once in a blue moon that fighters from the rest of the world do way more often and often times with a full deck of home official stacked against them

The Ring has Usyk, rightfully, ranked #1. ESPN's rankings are an absolute joke

As for Spence being P4P#1 and ranked over Usyk :risas3::risas3:

I've already demolished that ridiculous argument in this very thread
