Crawford only wants a drained compromised Spence

Okay...I'm not saying Spence is great fighter. Spence's prime was prior to the car crash

 

I'm not specifically saying Crawford drained Spence. I'm saying Crawford fought a compromised Spence, his fault or not, the point is, the fight would have been way more competitive fighting a healthy fit Spence. So all this talk of Crawford being P4P number one after beating a corpse is utterly ridiculous

 

Exactly . Would have been an amazing fight to watch back then. Weve been robbed of that. Instead we got a one sided beat down against a finished fighter

 

Porter was winning against Crawford before the fishy ass stoppage. So many people had Porter up. He got dropped and looked more hurt when he got dropped by Spence, yet his dad throws the towel in. Suspect AF.

Spence marginally beat Porter, some had him winning. Point is against the same opponent, Spence and Crawford performed fairly equally as good.

The only idiot is the one thinking Spence was not compromised in so many aspects. You sound so determined to give a fighter undue credit. If Spence came in there blind and Crawford beat him you'd be rimming Crawford as you are doing now. You are not being objective.

Here are the facts:

-Spence's last fight came 16 months before Crawford and he had only one fight in 28 months! That one fight he looked mediocre and almost got knocked out by middle aged pillow fist in Ugas.
-Having one fight in 28 months is going to affect your performance. This is literally the definition of inactivity - your reflexes will be slower and you won't be as sharp, in effect rusty.
-Spence was clearly drained, he looked like a skinny sunken version of his usual self before he stepped into the ring. Clearly evident, and it is quite telling straight after the fight he explicitly referred to moving up to 154. Look at Spence vs Brook, then look at Spence vs Crawford...now lie to me and say he wasn't drained vs Crawford.
-Spence got his brains scrambled in a car crash and has looked far from his best in subsequent fights, frequently getting buzzed and negatively reacting like spitting his gumshield out and turning away from his opponent. NOT a good sign.
-Inactivity, being drained and brain damage is going to affect someone's performance. I can't believe I'm telling you this.
-Lastly, yes styles make fights...however...Kavalauskas who? , chinny shot Khan, part time commentator Shawn Porter were ALL more competitive than this version of Spence. This in itself is quite clear evidence that the Crawford that fought Spence was FAR from 100%. This is not a case of styles make fights. Spence was compromised. Or you are quite literally saying the fighters above are better fighters than Spence. Which would mean Crawford's win over Spence means jack ****.
