do you have a source? anyway, if this is true, it's no shocker, seeing as this should never have been PPV in the first place
It's GGG'S fault these fights are on PPV in the first place... paying him to face bums & what not. HBO boxing has almost gone backrupt going the EU route.
GGG puts up good performances though. Bud didn't help himself, with that performance, for any future PPVs.
Awful numbers. To make it worse, he's seen as boring although I find him entertaining. Even despite fighting guys with decent enough names, he draws so little. This speaks about Golovkin's drawing power. 150k PPV buys is considerably better for someone who wasn't even born in US.
terrible result.. and a sad day for boxing when the 2 best in the division man up and face eachother to such a **** result
I really can't see the US public clamouring to him like they did Floyd. For a PPV coming out fight it was boring and horrible to watch. Throw into the mix Crawford's personality....or lack of and I can't see him catching on as a ppv star.
This is a real shame cos Crawford actively fights the people no one else want to. People thought he'd duck Beltran, they thought he'd duck Postol. Reminds of Canelo before he went full diva
