Well that sounds better but still a loss maker for BLK prime, wouldn't even cover Crawford's purse. That's half what Spence/Ugas sold too so it clearly puts Spence as the draw which is why I guess Crawford agreed to the smaller split.
We went through this with AJ vs Wilder. One fighter had consistently drew much more money than the other, but it was clear that the other guy brought something to the table and that together the fight would make more money. If there's give and take on either side the smart move is to make the fight, but a lot depends on the other options available to each side and thus how willing they are to make a concession to get the deal over the line. They didn't take the money whilst it was there and the same could happen here.
Certainly not big Dan whose affiliated with al and the pbc. Although he is just being used most likely. Rick Glaser came out with the Wilder vs Helenius numbers before anyone else (75k PPV buys)
There is no way that the pay-per-view buys for his fight with David did anywhere near that. I would say maximum 10K
120,000 PPV buys is worldwide. Want me to post all the REAL PBC Pay per view numbers? Alan blew Waddle & Reed's $900 MILLION Alan is FINISHED. Broner left for BLK Prime. Alan getting memed like no tomorrow in the form of Titanic lol. I'm Fllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyiiiiiinnnggggggggggggg. Errol Spence Jr looking SOFT in these streets.
I gather it could be streamed directly through the website, if that would make a difference. Also I noticed the fight was reported on by TASS, the Russia News Agency. I assume if they had some interest in the fight to report on their countryman they may well have organized access in Russia. If not I would imagine going through a VPN to stream directly from the website would be the way to go. It's what I have done in the past to watch a Fury fight from Japan. VPN to get access to BT sport website, paid for the PPV online and streamed it that way.
The fight in Russia and Armenia would have been big if it were on TV but because of the current economic situation in Russia and the fact that $40 is alot in Armenia there is no way it could have done those kind of buys.
