Crawford RAN Too Much against Canelo.

Crawford was schooled by Canelo in Power Punching, Body Punching, and in Punch Accuracy. What did Crawford school Canelo in?

Canelo had zero answers; he couldn't win on the inside, outside, or wrestle; he was getting beaten to the punch; he lost every aspect of this fight. Scull ran against Canelo, to say Crawford did when he won at least eight rounds clearly is disingenuous. I thought he would lose, I was extremely wrong, and I am happy that I was, Bud is an ATG and anyone who makes any sort of other argument is simply a hater.

How does one land 115 punches on someone if all they were doing was running. Canelo's face showcase Crawford was far from just running. As I expected before the fight, some fans will find a way to discredit and create excuses for their Man Crush not to find enough success vs Crawford.

If Crawford is present enough to throw over 500 punches, that means he was actively fighting. What Crawford had Canelo doing was reaching with that wide lead hook. Even Canelo's "bread and butter" punch to the liver with the left hook was neutralize more times than not. Problem with Canelo, and it's been this way his entire career, he doesn't use his jab to set up his most dangerous attacks. He leads with power. Tries to hurt you with everything he throws. That's not going to work vs someone with the IQ of Crawford.

Stop crying about fighters being mobile and start complaining that your Man Crush, 2 decades of professional experience, still struggles to use footwork to cut off the ring.

 

From the 9th round til the 12th, Crawford out landed Canelo 68-47. Backed him up 3x with swift combinations. Even got him to reset his lunging attack 3 different time. The 9th round specifically, you know the round you say he started to run.......Crawford landed 24 punches on Canelo. His most successful punching round of the night.........

I'm going to need y'all crying and excuse making to make a little be more sense. How is it that y'all have so many excuses and Canelo, who last I checked.....is the more experienced fighter, had zero excuses and said Crawford was just the better fighter last night.

Crawford was never hurt getting hit by the Power punching, body punching, and the accuracy that you claimed he was schooled in..... What is you definition of "schooling" someone? Shouldn't it be effective.

What we never saw was Crawford having to back out of any specific plan because it wasn't effective. But we did see Canelo attempt to do certain things and Crawford straighten him up and made him reset his approach. A couple times, Canelo literally dropped his guard and walked to the side as if he was serching for an answer.

 

Nah. Crawford fought him mostly right in the pocket.

 

Crawford didn't run he boxed beautifully anyone saying he ran is just mad he proved them wrong.

He didn't run but it wasn't some masterful boxing display. He outboxed a washed slower flat footed guy who was just looking for one shot all night.
