I want to see the best face the best as well. To be honest, there are several issues that hurt the sport. Promoters protecting their fighters, at the same time trying to maximize earnings. Fighters making huge money while never facing top opposition. Add into the mix boxers have wisen up. Not going to be taken advantage of. They want to get paid too.

I don't believe that number at all nor the 5k its probably in the middle. BLK doesn't look like they know what the hell they are doing. Another fine example is a Broner deal. Good luck with a Broner PPV.

I can't imagine 120 thousand people paying for this fight tbh. It's a huge step down in competition and it wasn't a good card.

It really don't matter in the scheme of things what side he is, He agreed to take 35% and no guarantee on the gate. What he's not is the B side on skills and that's the real holdup. Another thing is, the fight didn't get promoted like it should have and that's the main reason he did poor numbers. Crawford has no experienced team behind him and he was just looking at the 10 mil guaranteed and he got that. BLK or whatever their name is, didn't have the skills to promote properly. Plus, Haymon playing all kinds of back door games to keep Crawford down and vulnerable to his bs.

How you gon say that. Floyd ain't held no pistol to them fighters or nobody's else head and made them act the way they acting. The sanctioning bodies got an angle, the networks got an angle and the promoters got an angle. Floyd just figured out his own angle and everyone tried to jump on the bandwagon. Don't hate the player, hate the game. It should be checks and balances put in place to check that mess but everybody too greedy. Until men of integrity and honesty are put in positions of power, this mess will continue. The fans are too fickle to consolidate and make a stand so the whole circus remains in play.
