Apparently the IBF set a purse bid for aug 31. Wow. Crawford just fought 2 weeks ago to become undisputed?

That's why the whole undisputed thing is a joke. You go through all these obstacles to get the 4 titles, just to see one of them go as soon as you unify.

All fighters should seek the best challenges and if they unifications so be it. But going for all 4 seems like a waste of time

Why did he vacate already? Because of a mandatory, or is he moving up? As a black man, I would think the IBF strap is the one he would want to hold on to.

It will be a crime against boxing if Maurice Hooker gets the shot vs Lipinets after he received one of the biggest gifts I've ever seen in 25 years of watching boxing vs Perez.

There are some real cans in the IBF rankings right now. Josh Taylor is ranked 10th which is very strange considering Ohara Davies was ranked #8 when he beat him.

Hoping to get Taylor vs Lipinets but I seriously doubt it.

so it looks like Lipinets will be fighting Kondo, who's the next ranked fighter in IBF.

if not..Lipinets could face Maurice Hooker, who's the next best fighter after Kondo.

Massive shame for history to me made then tossed aside, and not least because this is a good fight.

On the other hand, I could also understand not wanting to pay sanctioning fees to four organisations. I think the IBF take 3% and the other organisations are likely similar, 12% of your earnings is a big chunk!

He's moving to 147 to fight the winner of Horn vs Pacquiao.
