How does Crawford do vs the top fighters at 147?

    vs Brook
    vs Thurman
    vs Pacquiao
    vs Spence
    vs Garcia
    vs Porter

    Thoughts?

The only person he can probably beat is Garcia

We have to see him in with a welter before I could make a pick. Some dudes move up and their power doesn't carry

I'm confident he beats Porter, Garcia and Pac. He may beat the others but I need to see him performing up there first.

I think there's nothing left for him at 140 now, he simply has to go to 147 and test himself against the fighters there.

Brook wins via points due to size doing what he did to porter to Crawford

Thurman probably stops him just to big and strong

He beats pacquaio to smart and does to many things well for Manny at this point in his career

Spence stops him for sure due to size

I think he can outbox Porter but it depends on which Porter shows up

    He outboxes Garcia easily

I don't mind TC staying at 140 until 2018. A fight with Broner would be big

Crawford is a great fighter and probably more technically sound than anyone currently residing at 147 with the exception of maybe Pacquiao. But I see him having a lot of trouble against some of the larger welters. He outboxes Garcia and Porter but doesn't KO either of them. Pacquiao, Thurman, Brook, and Spence I'm not confident enough to even give a thought on how the fights would go.

147 is primed up for a Super 6 time deal. I don't know why talks of one aren't in the works.

As long as he can still make the weight ok, Brook would be too strong for Crawford. He beats Porter handily and it would be close between him vs Spence, vs Garcia & vs Pac, but would favour him against Pac due to age only. Thurman I struggle to call...

Crawford is much smarter than any 147lber he knows who to box and who to go destroyer on or both. He's naturally a hotheaded guy it seems, but he's a calculated killer in the ring in order to get the job done. I can see him outboxing Thurman, Porter, Garcia, Pacquiao, Bradley, Spence, and possibly stopping Khan with a come from behind win as Khan is too fast to catch. Only one I think can possibly beat him is Brook, but only if Brook is not damaged goods.

    I'd favor Bud over Floyd.
