Madrimov is most probably doing boxing as a hobby. He probably has another profession in Uzbekistan to make a living. On the other hand , Crawford is dedicated to boxing, he's a real professional.

Crawford easily knocks him out in 6.

Sorry for the really delayed response, I was going to respond later on after reading it, but it slipped my mind completely. But to answer your question... absolutely, Madrimov is a hell of a lot more versatile than most are giving him credit for and he's quite adept at fighting a variety of different styles and adjusting his style not only per his opponent but I've seen him adjust midfight and if that approach wasn't working, readjust. Also we must take into consideration, Bud has never fought this high, who's to say his power is going to carry up. So far it has, but the same can be said of Canelo... until it didn't, Light Heavyweight was a bridge too far. Who's to say Crawford isn't going to hit an impasse jumping to his fourth division. Broner and Mikey did in their fourth, and when that happens, especially when sharing the ring with a harder puncher and someone just as skilled, size matters. Sure they seem the same size, but that's with bulky clothes on. In the ring the size difference will be far more apparent. Madrimov has excellent speed, can change the trajectory of his punches, cuts the ring off very well, applies relentless pressure and has underrated defense. Add that with him being the bigger man, Bud not being that hard to outbox and land on flush, I think the people who think this is a walk in the park are deluding themselves.

He's been boxing since he was 16 years old, and won several medals aa an amateur, Vladimir Hernandez... his first win as a pro is more impressive than Bud's first 18 opponents combined.

And yet Madrimov would violently KO Porter.
