An amazing fantasy match-up to envision.

This made me think of B-Hop/Pascal I for some reason. Pac starts fast, Bud struggles with his pace and style and possibly visits the canvas once or twice. By 5th and 6th round and on, he figures out Pac’s timing and angles and starts winning rounds, maybe even gets a KD of his own and does just enough to grab a razor close decision in FOTY that warrants a rematch.

lol Mosley looked shot against Mayweather, he looked even more ragged against Pac. It seems that you don’t want to address my point that Pac’s resume is based on him beating a lot of great fighters when they were past prime.

Barrera, Morales, and Marquez were prime. Rios, Vargas, Bradley, Horn (egregious decision), Broner, Algieri, and Thurman were prime.

But again, Pac made Mosley run for dear life. Mosley went on to fight Clenelo and he stood in the pocket trading blows. So Mosley wasn't that far removed from prime. Give credit to the smaller fighter making a big welterweight run for his life.

Cotto had the prime beaten out of him by Margarito before he fought Pac. Hatton was coming off a ko loss to Mayweather. The Oscar fight speaks for itself. I think Pac is great for the amount of weight classes he crossed but quite a few of the titles he accumulated were either not against the strongest champs or fighters removed from their prime.

Morales had seen better days. Rios, Vargas, Horn, Broner, Algieri and Thurman are not even close to HOF fighters. Bradley is in, but he like Gatti IMO doesn't deserve it.

Sure, a lot were past prime, but some were not. Cotto looked as fast as ever in the Pac fight. I will say there are at least 3 HOFers in their prime that Pacquiao beat. Which are Barrera, Marquez and Bradley. Although to be honest I don't think Bradley should have gotten in. I also believe Cotto was in his prime, but that's up for debate.

Bud beats that version of Floyd, IMHO. I’m a Floyd fan and think he’s in a category by himself but Bud beats that Floyd.

I manny is a great, all time great, fighter…give him his respect. That said I still Bud beats him, it’d be hell but I think he gets it done.

Some of these responses are ridiculous.

Was Cotto past his prime? Maybe, maybe not. He was razor sharp against Pacquiao.

Prime or not, SSM had exactly ONE big win (Margarito, 2009) since he beat ODLH w/o steroids in 2000. That's 9 years.

Tough style match but u gotta realize that crawford is the most well rounded complete fighter of my day. i was born in 80. U cant count him out. He has long arms and can move back as fast as a man can move forward. Crawford is alway running guys into shots aswell. Id favor crawford.

Everyone can be beaten but not many would have stood a chance against Pac on that night. Crawford is one of the few who would have had a very realistic chance of winning.
