Pacquiao fought at 140 pounds and at 147 in that year. I'd pick Pacquiao at 140 pounds which is the one he fought Hatton at. I think Crawford would win at 147 pounds at a non catch-weight.
True but Crawford is much more athletic and twitchy than JMM ever was. He'll have windows JMM didn't. It's not a great comparison outside of the counter puncher archetype.
