Arum told B scene that he wants Crawford to face either Provodnikov or Algeri at Barclays next.

Arum also said he wants Crawford to be ready for Pacquaio by the end of 2015.

Provo savages him and Algieri outboxes him.

So is Crawford the new "Next Big Thing" that's being simultaneously hated on and overrated by you turds?

Considering how easy Provo is to outbox, if you can survive those few times he catches you slippin on the inside, than you should be able to outbox him... Assuming of course YOU are as talented as Terrence Crawford...

As far as Algieri outboxing him... I don't want to believe it, but the guy is 5'10" and does know how to keep his distance. I haven't seen him outbox a top talent yet, but I'd have to wait and see what Crawford can do before I can completely discount this possibility...

Crawford should fight someone like Zab Judah, but before he fights Zab he needs to test the water against a guy he can definitely beat.

Provo would give Crawford a beating win or lose, and Algieri very well could outbox him.

I think it's a bad move to put Crawford in with that level of opposition unless the intention is to make fan friendly fights and not groom a guy for supers****om.

If Crawford gets put in with Provo, he COULD win that fight, but he's going to take a hell of a beating.

Crawford arm punches. That's the bottom line.

He's quick, but that trip jab arm punch is not going to discourage Provo from coming forward. Do you think Crawford has Bradley's experience and ability?

Crawford is going to be in for a hell of a shock, along with most of his supporters if he gets put in with Provo next.

Defense is great and his stance switching is great, but if you don't have a punch to make your opponent second guess coming in, you're not going to make it very far as you move up in weight and fight better opposition.

    Based on what?

His one single win against Gamboa?

    Really?

I need to see Crawford against a guy at 140 that can fight before I say anything remotely close to that.

I'm telling you, it's too early to put him in with a guy like Provo.

One fight with Provo will feel like 3 or 4 fights for Crawford win or lose.

Provo is a punching bag. He has a punchers chance and no more.

You clearly don't understand styles nor what's going on in the ring.

That's fine, a lot of people on this site fit in this category.

The only way for you to learn is for you to see.
