I agree, Bud Crawford would be a handful for any welterweight.

I don't understand how people passionate argue against that. He's been head and shoulders better than some damn good fighters in his era. Even if they aren't "ATGs".

And even the guys they discredit from being good competition, other than Porter, they go on to compete after Crawford and they give their post opponents more kudos for being in the ring with them. Look at the love they gave Tank and Haney for being an older Gamboa, but Crawford beats him while he was undefeated and ranked by The Ring Magazine,......Crawford beat nobody. There's the kudos they gave to Jaron Ennis & Vergil Ortiz for beating Dulorme and 147lbs and 154lbs. A division Dulorme should have never been in being that Crawford beat him at 135lbs and he lost 5 of his next 8 bouts moving up to fight Ennis. But when Crawford beat him.....he beat nobody. Most recently, everyone is now talking down the Errol Spence domination, claiming he was drained and damaged....yet the week leading up to the fight, Crawford was the one on memes as they claimed he's the one that didn't look ready to face the "body snatcher", the "eye collector", etc... because Crawford was in Vegas in a sweatsuit mid July. They said it was Crawford who looked to be struggling to make weight and Errol looked primed to make history......Crawford bulldozes EJ......then all the excuses came. And now they are claiming Crawford is avoiding Fundora, when it was Fundora and his camp who were going out their way to fight Errol Spence Jr. instead of Crawford from the moment he beat Tim Tszyu.

    No it won't.

Years of clenbuterol, moving up and down in weights while getting gifted wins by blind/bought judges, doesn't put Canelo any where near the four kings, no matter what Crawford does or doesn't do to him.

Canelo is clearly on the slide, past prime and fighting soft touches while avoiding mandatories for a reason.

LOL..... so now we are putting the excuses in place since Crawford is moving closer to have a bout with him.....lol. I was wondering when I would start seeing it. Seems to be the go-to in order to have a foundation to discredit everything Crawford does. We heard Burns, Gamboa, Postol, Indongo, Horn, Brook, Porter, Spence, Madrimov, etc.... all talked up to be legit forces in their divisions and threats to Crawford only for some "fan" to try to tear down that fighter to be nothing worth seeing leading up to the Crawford bout.

Canelo moving up and down in weight....lol. He's always fought at the weight of his division or at a catchweight. Never a drastic jump. usually one division if he was to go up or down for the opponent. Clearly he's had some gifted wins, but other than the Mayweather fight, we never seen him get his a$$ handed to him for 12 rounds.

I'm not sure if people have this non realistic view of the 4 Kings careers because they weren't alive to experience the era, or y'all just hate that a newer generation has a fighter or 2 than can be compared to those 4 fighters. Canelo and Crawford in conversations involving Hearns, Hagler, Duran, and Ray is far from blasphemous. But people get so emotional when the conversation starts.....

I don't think anyone is saying that Crawford would run through those four, but he definitely has the ability to compete and/or beat any of them. Same for Canelo.

How is it that every other sport evolves and thus the participants are looked at as more evolved participants.....but boxing.....we bet not dare say a fighter today can compete with any great before the 90s......lol.

That argument works against you. He will have to make 147 on fight night so will be badly drained.

I'm not talking, I'm typing. You seem to have a hard time with reading more than 2 sentences in one sitting. That's not my fault. Blame the public school system that failed you baby girl.

Madrimov lost that fight. There wasn't a single round in which Madrimov didn't take multiple combinations with Crawford. Madrimov didn't even engage the first 6 rounds. You sound like a fan boy who wishes, prays, and begs for the boxing gods to give Crawford a loss....lol. Your feelings were hurt because the judges didn't give your man crush a win over Crawford? You can tell by Madrimov's body language that he didn't win the fight. You can tell by Madrimov's corner taking off his gloves that he didn't win the fight. You can tell by press conference that Madrimov knew he didn't win the fight. You can tell by Madrimov's face that he didn't win the fight......lol.

I know you don't like to read too much so I'll stop now and wait til you respond. Hurry up. I got more to say......lol.

Bud lost to Madrimov as he did not do enough to wun that battle. He receivesld more powerfull punches than Madrimov . even the compubox that operated and oftentimes manipulated by american operator
