Exactly, his defence blows, he's great if he can get off first and then move and repeat, but that gets very easy to time after a while which is why he get's countered so easily, plus once he's on the back foot, his total lack of counter punching means you can just keep walking him down, because once he's on the back foot you know nothing is coming back.

Has anyone told Crawford about this? I'm not sure he knows this fight is about to me made, lol.... no word on Twitter. None from Hearn too, and he's not a man slow to offer an opinion. I think this fight is only taking place between Khan's ears...

Khan gets away with many things due to his handspeed.. And if he sticks to what works for him he is very tough to outpoint .

It’s usually better sometimes when nobody is talking about it. Means there’s people who are probably just trying to make it happen and then they come out with it. It’s definitely believable, seems like Khan would do anything to not give Brook the pay day. As people have pointed out before as well, the Brook fight is always there for Khan - he’s in a good position.

Khan's speed has only befuddled 2 b-level fighters (Paulie and Alexander).
his speed has never befuddled an A level/elite fighter....................ever.
He's always been figured out and timed into oblivion. 2 rounds of looking
good before you start getting tagged isn't a befuddling.

Khan looks phenomenal against c level and lower though. Then again,
the last fighter he fought was c level and he didn't look phenomenal.

Now he's gonna outbox the consensus number 1,2, or 3 guy? Let us also
recognize, as far as hand and foot, Bud is probably one of the fastest guys
Khan has ever fought as well. Who that Khan has ever fought is as fast as
Crawford? (Zab, but he was ancient and had stopped throwing punches years prior).
Khan get's caught and hurt by slow guys. But now he's gonna evade a quickster with pop, footspeed, better footwork and a higher
    skilled guy? Yikes, the foolishness............

Khan is a front runner who does the same thing from the start of a fight to the end if it even last that long. He has little to no variation to his game. He will get picked apart and stopped. You're delusional if you think Khan has any chance in hell in out boxing Crawford who is 100000 light years more complete.:deal:

Benavidez fought on one leg and lasted til the 12th round and was right there to be hit the entire fight. Most of Crawford's fights go into the later rounds because he's pretty much a safety-first kind of fighter. Look at how he fought Postol as an example. Khan is going to blitz him.

And did that not work against Canelo until the KO happened? Yes or no?

Very true but... Khan is talking about it, lol. And no one else is. If this is a deal being cut behind closed doors, then Amir has blown the cover. I just think all this is Khan doing the groundwork for another Brook duck after the weekend. Time will tell, I guess....

Crawford is a safety-first fighter who is going to be shellshocked when he gets into the ring with Amir.

I wouldn't say shell-shocked, but he'll likely find the first couple of rounds harder than in his previous fights, adjusting to the speed Khan brings, but Crawford is a genius, he'll either time him, or work out a way to nullify Khan

Canelo wasn't trying to outbox Khan, he was loading up trying to knock him out. Crawford will outbox Khan and knock him out.
