Crawford will retain his #1 p4p status no matter what happens in the Inoue/Tapales fight

Inoue very good fighter but he’s gotta do way more to eclipse Crawford

I see Inoue retaining the number two position even if he knocks Tapales out in round 1

Crawford absolutely destroying the #4 p4p fighter is the best performance of the year bar none and nothing comes close

    Crawford
    Inoue
    Usyk

That will be the list come Jan 1 2024. That’s the list of all the aficionados and connoisseurs of boxing

    Not refutable

It’s about time Crawford signs another fight.

Wow... beating a badly drained brain damaged severe car accident victim who he had a stylistical advantage over anyway and a win over a guy contemplating retirement with one foot out of the door, who by any fair metric he should've been down on the cards against and needed to rely on his power to bail him out, left that much of a mark on you? You're a little too easily impressed.

He’s fighting a rematch against Spence . Who knows whose holding that up but he’s contractually obligated to do it since Spence initiated the rematch clause

Rematching Spence will do nothing for his P4P status.

He beat Spence, but Spence was not in shape. That’s on Spence though, that was not clear beforehand. But now it is, a rematch does nothing.

Nothing he can do about it at this point, he can’t fight anyone else

He’s still clearly the #1 p4p fighter by a margin at this point

I think by most eyes he seemed ready to roll come fight night he just got outclassed badly

He was still the #4 p4p fighter and it’s rated the best performance of the year by almost everyone

I wanna see that rematch though and I’m sure you do as well

Crawford ain't even close to p4p 1 while Inoue is doing what he's doing, beating Spence doesn't make you number 1, and anyone that thought Spence was a number 4 fighter in the whole sport needs to give their head a wobble. He was good, but even on his absolute best day, Spence was maybe a top 10 p4p fighter at best , even that seems generous

This is why aficionados and connoisseurs are doing what they’re doing and you’re doing what you’re doing.

    :abduct:

#1 rated by every publication and notable ranking system

If Usyk beats Fury, he's clear number 1

No I think it’s Inoue if Inoue wins convincingly.

If Crawford beats Ennis or Tszyu he can have the #1 spot back maybe.

I am really not interested in a Spence rematch.

Yeah, I don't really give that much credence to publications and ranking systems, they're usually the leading cause of hypejob-ism, so when they go on and on about how good Spence is, people with few critical thinking skills and people who don't know what they're looking at, or people that generally need other people to do their thinking for them, swallow it hook line and sinker, so when Crawford beats Spence with ease you believe he's the second coming of Christ when really Crawford has shown to be better than Spence, who was never a convincing top tier fighter, but little more. Give Crawford all the props you want for his resume and performances, he's a great fighter, but p4p 1 he is not

Not even close, and all the aficionados will have it such

Tapales is nowhere near the p4p list

Wake me up when Inoue beats someone like Tank . He will remain number two

Like I said that’s why they’re there and you’re here,

    It’s no secret

Crawford has a far better resume than Inoue and easily the best win of 2023 and most people see it as such
