I'm a big Floyd fan but I don't see an L to give Crawford anywhere.

In fact bud will KO many Floyd opponents that Floyd could not.

Bud is a better fighter than floyd.

Oscar at 154 beats him. Possibly Canelo at 152.

Pac at 35 years old may still have had enough.

SNAC prorgram TC is different than the one that fought at the lower weights, so bobblehead JLC would also have been a serious problem at 135-140.

At 135 he's struggling with JLC, no doubt about that.

Its possible but should not be expected.

Of course Crawford would get more stops than Floyd, Floyd only got 2 after 2005.

Crawford is an elite fighter but this hypothetical theory is a load of BS. There are some fantastic fighters on Floyd's résumé and presuming Crawford runs through them is disrespectful to them.

Maybe, but it would take him about 5 lives to get that type of fight volume in against big names.

Crawford would lose every fight below 140 due to starving. Dumb thread and dumber take on crawford being better. No one of the current crop comes close to floyd or pac. I would say other than Canelo no one even comes close to guys like De la hoya en Mosley.

Well Lennox Lewis would go through his own resume undefeated on paper too. **** happens when you fight top fighters.

Mmmmm Mosley and Oscar struggled against lesser fighters compared to Crawford and Spence

I don't rate Spence too highly. Many better fighters on Floyd's résumé

Crawford is a light-middle/middleweight who has been fighting at 140-147 for years.

His resume "highlights" at 147lbs is all smokes and mirrors:

Spence - had one fight in 30 months before fighting Crawford. That's quite the definition of inactive. Before the Ugas fight he fought Danny Garcia a year plus after fighting Porter. This is straight up inactivity. He also was hurt in both the Garcia/Ugas fights, looking notably vulnerable.

When he fought Crawford, he looked very drained in the ring. I've never seen Spence look like that.

What is most convincing that Spence was a shell of himself against Crawford, was the fact he performed worse than the old/drained version of Brook, old/way smaller Khan and part-time commentator Porter.

Brook - Past best + clearly very drained and had what seemed like zero punch resistance. Just look at his face in the build up to the fight, his eyes look way sunken than ever before - he looked like a skeleton in there.

He also parted ways with his long time trainer Dom Ingle for the fight

Khan - Crawford making past prime Khan look small. Had to nutshot his way to victory.

Porter - Porter for many was up on the cards. Porter was knocked down twice and wasn't visibly hurt, yet Porter's dad throws the towel in. Reeks of some dodgy behind the scenes stuff to save the huge money fight that was Spence vs Crawford.

Porter was a part-time commentator and straight up retired after the Crawford fight.

    --

You cannot convince me any of these wins ate 147lbs make Crawford a better fighter than Floyd. There are asterisks against all of Crawford's wins at 147lbs.

As much of a cherry picker Floyd is, he's a better fighter than Crawford.

Just not true. Spence isnt even the best opponent Crawford faced, that distinction goes to Viktor Postol. Spence was 0-2 vs the pavement when they fought.
