Crawfords last fight should be Boots Ennis, because if he wins, the victory will age like fine wine

    Similar to Mayweather vs Canelo

I think Jaron Ennis is something special, but he's young and doesn't have that veteran experience. Crawford should fight Ennis just before he retires, He can win and set off into the sunset, while Boots builds his own legacy

If I'm wrong I'm wrong but I think this is how it unfolds

But, you didn´t state how it unfolds. You said Bud can win and that Boots can also build his own legacy. You made a case for both men winning.

If Crawford moves to 154 for good, then so be it. No need to jump between weight classes. Boots can do his own thing. Hes just another guy in line, as there always will be one.

There's not much competition at 147 besides Stanionis. Jaron should just move up because 154 is becoming a stacked division. I honestly think the weight jump isn't significant enough for me to question whether or not he wont have success, he def will.

If Bud beats boots i think Ennis will do much more afterwards, making the win look better with time, like Floyd/Canelo, that's what I mean

Boots should stick to 147 for now. He just signed a lucrative deal with Hearn and the big names at 154 seem rather busy. There is no point in moving up in weight unless he has a guaranteed title shot against someone.

147 is open for the taking and even tho it´s weak at the moment, new titlists will arise soon. Lot´s of competition will be seen this year, kickstarting the division after years of Spence occupying the belts with inactivity.
Boots should try to clear out the division as it´s one of the marquee divisions of boxing. Plus big names from 140 will eventually move up.

The thing is though even though Canelo's resume wasn't amazing at that time, he still had much better credentials than Ennis being a world champion winning like 7 championship fights ?

Ennis hasn't really beaten any standout names and was gifted the belt via Crawford vacating. So it's all just assumption atm in regards to how Ennis does against upper echelon competition.

Whilst what you say could be true Ennis could also be exposed as over hyped aswell once he steps up.

Ennis just needs to step up and beat some notable names and forget Crawford right now.

    Canelo was Mayweathers last fight?

Crawford is on the wrong side of thirty and not getting any younger. Boots should take this by the time the fight.

Boots beats the **** outta Crawfish. It would like look Ryan vs Haney. Haney dominated an old overrated Prograis and we thought he was untouchable. Crawford dominated a shot to **** post car crash Spence and now people think he’s untouchable. Boots explosive speed and power will be too much.

Lets see what Bud does first at 154 pounds, He's moved through at least 3 divisions now and there comes a time when the larger fighters pose a significant threat. Couple that with his age,,,,

Controversial Opinion: If we use context, I think Ennis would be the best fighter Crawford has ever fought. The Spence that Crawford fought loses to any Top 5 WW

    I agree.

It would be a great way to seal his legacy at WW.

But he can also do the same thing at LMW. Fundora and Zoo are both quite young.
