Give Duran the hand-speed of Meldrick Taylor; the foot-speed and chin of Kid Gavilan; the power of Julian Jackson; and the strength of Henry Armstrong, and you have the perfect fighter.

Lazy version is take Lennox Lewis, give him Ali's chin and recovery abilities, and you've got a h2h favorite over any HW who ever lived.

Or take a young Ali, give him the fully two handed all punches power of Tyson. (I'm not going for Wilder, Shavers, or Foreman because while they have more power than Mike, they didn't have it with every single power shot like he did).

Rather than collecting an assortment of random good stuff from other fighters, it's interesting to wonder what we would expect a theoretical "perfect" boxer's style to look like. Which is to say, a boxer who'd have the maximum chance of victory against the field.

    Speed Amir ****
    Power Julian Jackson
    Footwherk Lomachenko
Defense McCallum believe it or not because he rarely got hit clean or hurt, and when you go all Pernell Whitaker on a mo’****er you leave your chin in a dangerous position and you can’t see and that always come with risk even if you are good, McCallum stayed up so he could see everything coming and not get hit clean
    Punch variety Pacquiao

Considering who the GOAT candidates are, I'd say a very aggressive fighter is the best candidate the case couldbe made for either a puncher, a swarmer, or an aggressiveboxer puncher. A great ring IQ and toughness are the other most important factors.

Though I do think Harry Greb was Bob Fitzsimmons's power is a contradiction, and ignores the trade off that really exist.

I don't like treating attributes like lego bricks that can he swapped in and out

Boxer - Puncher - Swarmer - Ambidextrous fighter, who can adapt on a dime, move well, and counter punch, with a diamond chin and a diamond body and diamond fists and neoprene tendons, oh...and perfect balance, and a great team behind him.
