Creatine will make your body retain fluid, but it will disappear when you stop taking it.

    How tall are you?

The water weight will disappear after about a month after you finish cycling it.

so you need to lose 20 pounds, lets say you drop your body fat down to 5 to 8 % thats a 10 % drop in BF, which will lead to you losing 15 pounds while maintaining the same muscle mass,

looks like its possible if you shed some water or lose a bit of muscle mass before weigh in, its a lot of weight to be losing when your doing things arse ways to begin with and 5 to 8 % BF is pretty low

Also, if you want to lose the water weight after creatine, it takes about a month to get it out of your system, so keep that in mind.

You get creatine in steak even I wouldn't panic, I wouldn't worry unless you're going for a comp, in which case you want to alter your entire diet, drop pre and post workouts and get on a fat burner.

Have a glass of grapefruit juice early in the morning too, infact here is my cutting diet, follow this and intense training, it will take you no time to see changes:

    8am -
2 sachets of quakers original flavoured oats with water.
    Whey protein shake. (No carbs)
Small glass Grapefruit juice (Takes excess water out of your system)

    10am -
    4 rice cakes without salt
    Whey protein shake. (No carbs)

    12 -
1.5 chicken breasts (Steamed or grilled) (Can put a small amount of sweet chilli sauce or bbq sauce on)
1/4 cup of brown rice (bag of uncle bens brown rice should last you 4 days)
Handful of broccolli or green beans

    2pm -

    2 rice cakes without salt
    Whey protein shake (No carbs)

    5pm -

1 Small baked potato (No butter)
1 tin of tuna (Must be in spring water)
Handful of broccolli or green beans

    Before bed
    4 rice cakes
    4 tablespoons of cottage cheese.

You must drink 3 x 1.5L bottles of water per day.

    Do not drink milk
Do not add salt or sugar
    Do not drink beer etc.
    No red bull
    No crap

Once per week you can have 1 cheat meal (Anything at all that you want but must fit on 1 plate and be finished in 1 sitting)

Riiight... Considering Creatine causes water retention sounds like a fantastic idea. And if your BF is that high then you're a chubby ****er. And what difference will it make if your ripped? Presumably you think thats going to help with your performance right? .....

Jack3d has a high caffeine content. I wouldn't be using that for any weight loss regime.

What is the benefit that your are getting from the rice cakes? I see it is used regularly.
