Creatine when cutting?

    I found his video just as you posted haha.:lol: Looking up the other now!

    The funny thing is, I don't mind people not being in great shape if they are working to be better, guys like him just take pot shots when in far worse shape themselves, then you have the people who take shots without showing how they look, which is even worse.:patsch Constructive comments is one thing, but some of the crap I read on this forum section.... god.

    Different strokes for different folks and to be fair, I am not aware of any serious bodybuilder who doesn't take protein powder. I'm going for the best power to weight ratio my body can muster for the Crossfit Games and Ultra marathons, so my diet will differ.

    7 minutes of Burpees.

    :patsch aside from the fact I punch 10times for every one of his, I throw a punch properly, and I have reflexes and stamina.:roll:

    I can respect this training a lot, I went through crossfit, death sets, etc etc, it was pretty gruelling and brutal! I picked up a bad knee injury some years ago and could never do it now, keep up the good work though!

    No you don't.

    In your Pornstar, Boxer, Model video you don't. You don't turn into your punches properly. and thats from 10 sec of seeing you shadowbox. How do you do against a live opponent?
    can't judge reflexes or stamina from that video.

    First off, if you watch, he paws away like a tame cat with his right arm, and tries to add in a timid hook, no speed, no snap, and just terrible.

    You will see my jab act like a precisioned piston, snapping out, then you if you can slow down my speed, you will see the power shot come as I twist the torso and bam, follow up, it's really not that hard to see a MASSIVE difference between he and I, plus I can switch hit. I can only assume you have recently started boxing and are hearing the basics drummed into your head and think anyone who moves that slick, must be doing it wrong as it's not robotic and slow.:patsch I am tired of this thread now, I hope the started follows good advice, if he follows someone like Lefty's advice, I will be happy to do the clean up he needs in 3 months and offer him proper advice, or he may go to one of the other more knowledgable people on here.:hi:

    How exactly did I get "mauled"?

    I've been boxing for a month...so what? I'm new to boxing, and I simply posted tha tvideo so I get get tips on how to improve. I'm sure you weren't much better your first time shadow boxing...

    EDIT: Also, what does that have to do with my post? I was simply pointing out that you're claiming to be this big-time, famous, aesthetic model, yet your pecs, traps and delts are basically non-existent. Am I wrong?

    EDIT 2: And how could you possibly tell how my reflexes are and how my stamina is?
