Not a bodybuilder myself am more into endurance sports so have little knowledge when it comes to it tell you the truth. From my own personal experience on the use of creatine I did notice a difference when using weights but not enough to warrant the expense.

i took it before. wasn't impressed by it at all. if u take another supplement that has it in there, that's good, but just creatine by itself to me wasn't worth it. also, if u don't drink a ton of water u will be at the mercy of luck not to get injured. this is what i learned from experience.

I'm pretty sure you need to mix it with water xD. I've taken creatine before. Made me gain 10 pounds in less than a week.

i think they found the powder creatine didnt absorb into the body very well,so the liquid stuff came out and was said to be superior in quality and effects. I never tried the Liquid stuff, but the powder stuff was okish...i always worried about the kidney/liver damage that was mentioned by lots of people. I did notice the effects however. A placebo? perhaps.

You put it directly under your tongue to stimulate the gland.

While the serum you put under the tongue is meant to absorb into the body better it has been found to be unstable. Unless you plan on buying a new bottle each week and throwing the rest away that has degraded into a useless liquid then avoid the serum.

The one time I used creatine it was a serum which the first few times definately had an effect. But soon after it seemed to stop working. I did a little research and found out about the unstable element of liquid creatine. There are so many different types of creatine these days and most of them I think are just marketing ploys. Creapure is meant to be the best it's a little more expensive but it's the purest form of creatine apparently.

I think creatine has different effects on different people, just like any supplement it cannot replace a good balanced diet it may have less of effect for those who have a good dietary supply of creatine.

Creatine kind of reminds me of Glucosamine. Its promoted alot but its has varying effects from one person to the other and seems to be one of those drugs that is more placebo than it is practical.
