Doylexxx, Liver and Kidneys wont except it, so it stays in the system. Only way out is through the Skin Ive been led to believe, by the people that know about these things. Seen many examples of it.
A bottle of normal orange juice exploded on me before..The cap flew up and put a hole in the ceiling in the hotel we were staying in..It was scary as ****
over a long period of time it's bad for your organs, like kidneys. thats why it's a supplement you discontinue for a while and dont take all the time.
Source of this information? And Scrap's where it says creatine is bad for the reproductive organs. I've heard these before but never seen any actual proof.
my science books lol. it occurs naturally so is not a bad thing. if you overburden w/ extra your body simply cant retain all and gets rid of it through urine. over time this will put lots of stress on your kidneys. its the same thing w/ using really large amounts of protein. but here is a link that might be interesting to you http://www.rice.edu/~jenky/sports/creatine.html
Again, claims but no actual proof. It's the same with all the bull**** that's spread about how dangerous steroids are.
As far as im aware the reason for 'cycling' is the beleif that if you keep taking it that your body may stop producing it (there isnt much evidence for this)
Virus, dont know where youre from, but money talks . Theres stuff out there now that Kill, but depending how big the company is, or the money they make from it is relivent. The people I come into contact with, frighten the life out of me with some of the tails they tell me. I knew about it in the 80s, so its nothing new. Heres a little one if you want to get fit . Before training take 2 Alka Zeltser, trouble is it could give you a Heart attack :yep.
But that's still not a definitive article on the bad effects on the repoductive organs when taking creatine. I've never seen an article proving negative side effects from taking creatine. You always seem to post about everything but never really say anything...
hmm could be. i never heard of that and it sounds interesting b/c i am aware of that happening like when someone is given hormones and the body stops producing it's own. i once read something about the same extending to vitamins, that you take like a pill, but am not sure how credible that is and what was conclujded, it was just a theory. its reasoned to be bad for kidnys b/c whatever is excess your body converts to creatinine, its like a waste, and is sent to the kidneys where they clean it before your body gets rid of it. when you take blood or urine tests for kidney functions thats one of the one's they measure and too high is a bad thing b/c it simply means the kidneys are working extra hard. its just textbook knowledge ive learned lol. it is interesting to me evn tho. i have no experience w/ it and really no use for creatine, so i am more interested in what you guys have to say and experience w/ the supplement. i am really interested in nurtrition and the latest cutting edge nutritional supplements so these things catch my eye.
Listen its good for body building, but Creatine courses water retention/cell hydration, in excess amount. Which body builders like, but for you boxers............this is not good in my opinion. You can get cramps from it. I can remember when i used to take it in my sprintings days.............i was ok in the gym, lifting heavyier for longer. But on the track....? Big Mistake. During my lactate acid training sessions "that would reduce any man to a heap of pain and confusion", i was cramping up more than normal..........and it ****ing ruined my whole session. This is why you are told to drink plenty of water with creatine, plus i was bloated aswell, and afew pounds heavyier with just water retention. They have made new creatines, that claim to not have this side affect. I would suggest you take......cretaine kry alkian I've taken it before, i rated it as the greatest supplement of all-time. To the person who said, your body will stop creating creatine...? your body has to make it, to produce ATP. You can't do anything in life without ATP. The more creatine you take, the more ATP you will make.
That's a gross oversimplification of the issue, and I'm being mild here. Look up how the ADP+P+Energy->ATP cycle works.
Well Excuse me.........gross oversimplification of the issue...? ok ok ok ok.. Answer me one question.... Is creatine involved in that cycle or what...?
