Yes. But your statement that the more creatine you eat the more "ATP you will produce" is false. It doesn't work like that, and if you understood just a little bit about the cycle I just told you about you'd understand how silly it sounds.

I dont think it will hurt you and it may even help a little. But it does cause water retention / bloating. It gave me stretch marks or made them worse.

There are some people that make a huge deal about it like it is something extremely strong like a steroid. Its not that dangerous or a big deal, I just dont think its worth the money at all.

I don't find it useful for boxing, but if you're off from the gym and are working with weights and/or high-rep calisthenics, it's magical.

I wouldn't take it during normal training, mainly because my muscles don't really get sore or fatigued. Boxing for me is mostly cardio. I rarely even do pushups or pullups while training, as I think it takes valuable time and energy away from skillwork.

For boxing I would say it would have little advantage if any, boxing is predominantly aerobic.

As for the side effects, there is no definitive proof of any bad side effects, only speculation. If you do supplement you must increase water intake as it will increase use of the liver and kidneys. Many of the horror stories you here could be due to lack of hydration hence the cramps, liver and kidney problems. But I have never read anything, anywhere to suggest it will effect reproductive organs in anyway.

As for impurities which could have detrimental side effects, well that's possible with anything you consume. If you're concerned about impurities pay a little more and get creapure which is the purest form of creatine monohydrate you can buy.

well dont know much about the science involved but i took creatine(powdered stuff before the liquid stuff came out) and it helped me increase strength and stamina as a result. Thats howit worked for me. I know there was warnings related to organ damage if taken to excess so i used it sparingly. It did put weight on me but i was skinny and so I didnt mind so much lmao
