    Bought creatine caps today.

    The monohydrate ones.

    How good are they?

They won't make me fat, will they?

I want a six pack, they won't stop this, will they?

So you go out and the buy the things then ask if they are any good and if they'll make you fat.

Do some research before you buy what your friends tell you to.

    Really?

They are some wierd questions to ask about creatine if you know what the stuff is meant to do.

Well I've heard that creatine can bloat you, I want to know if this is true.

But then I've also heard this is water weight and will drop off the stomach once creatine has stopped being used.

Creatine will cause water retention in muscles throughout your body, I think usually between 1-5lbs worth. It won't make you "fat" but you may lose a bit of definition while on a cycle. If you don't like that just stop taking the stuff.

you and me have the same buying habits(maybe i am worse because i am a shopping freak)

the powder is better than the pills by alot because most pills are only 1.5g of creatine per 2 pills where as you will need around 5g per day to be effective.

creatine has been said to help your anerobic training(sprints, weight lifting, etc) alot and hyperhydrates your muscles.

no, if your taking pure creatine which is an amino acid with no calories, you shouldnt gain any fat from creatine, your stomache can bloat up for the first 2 weeks because your stomache will retain lots of water as a side effect but should go away
