I have a couple of kettlebells (ranging from 15 to 51 lbs), push-up bars, elastic bands and stability balls. Are they any good? Are there any routines you would recommend in particular? I've never taught about using these kinds of equipment before, but I didn't pay anything for them, so I taught might as well make good use of it. Thanks ESB. EDIT: ah, and I have ankle weight also
