there is no problem with you being a hatton fan, thats cool.
Mayweather can definitely beat pacquiao, ts not like that would be buster douglas beating tyson or something, thats why a lot of people want to see it. I just think its bull**** people give pacquiao no credit at all eventhough he has the best resume in boxing currently, I don't think he is on peds he is just extremely good.
Only reason people bring that up nowadays is because mayweather said it first, if floyd had said he wrapped his hands with bricks like margarito people would be saying that.
mayweather vs pacquiao will probably happen next year if they both win, pac will take the tests floyd wants and they can finally fight. regardless of the outcome you would have to give him credit if the tests turn out negative.

    This post? :good

    We're starting to agree!!

You din't think he is jucing, I think he is. Fair enough, agree to disagree.

IF Pac wins, and the test comes out negative, I will hold my hands up, say I was wrong and probably never show my face on ESB again!

I will give Pac the up most respect and say I was wrong

pac has a better resume than floyd dude, its very clear beating barrera, morales, marquez, cotto, oscar and being a champ in 8 divisions beats mayweathers resume where his best wins are oscar, mosley and corrales.
Actually mayweather has a reputation of avoiding the best, and if the pacquiao fight not happens it will really damage his legacy.
Pacquiao always had speed even if he is slower now his opposition isnt near his speed at all the guys at the lower weights werent as fast either but the difference wasnt that big.
Floyd mayweather is the most gifted boxer of this era, I think so but he should have done much more with what he has, pacquiao has done more than he did with less thats why he is fighter of the decade.
Pac stepping up to fight oscar was actually a very gutsy move on his part, it would be like cotto beating hopkins at 168 next and nobody giving him credit for it, eventhough he would be a huge underdog.

    fair enough!

yeah this hitman-fan knows **** about boxing obviously!

duran a natural lightweight for the decade of the 70's had no business fighting hagler and barkley at middleweight in the mid 80's, no business whatsoever. but this guys doesn't accuse him of ped use.

langford beat gans at lightweight and harry wills at heavyweight, he don't accuse him of ped use.

and get this, as a teenager floyd was in the golden gloves 106 pound championship at age 16, what did pac weigh at that age? in his 30's floyd fought as a welterweight, in his 30's what did pac fight as? hmmmm strange parallels there so surely hitman-fan concludes that floyd is on peds!

Fair enough, I disagree with the peds and the resume part though, but atleast you admit you would give him credit if the test turn out negative, I have no problem with it then, if the test turn out positive I would honestly admit I was wrong as well but it would probably be a big turn off from boxing for me if the best boxers are on drugs, thats why I refuse to believe it, innocent until proven guilty kind of thing I guess.

Innocent until proven guilty? Fair enough then.

I don't believe in that pur-say. Yes in the courts, but if someone can cheat and get away with it without being caught, in a boxing context you should be guilty until proven innocent

It's not like kicking a football harder, running faster or hitting a bigger home run. Boxing is the only sport where you can legally kill someone.

Because of that, I come down hard on Pac because I believe he is juicing.

But again, I could be totally wrong on that issue

However, I won't budge on the Mayweather is better than Pacquiao arguement and you won't budge on yours. (never thought you would to be honest!)

Still, nice to get these out in the open on ESB instead of boring my friends to death!!!

Nah i'm in a respectable job which grants me a whole lot of free time every summer :)

Your boxing knowledge has been exposed son. Manny isn't the first to jump weight and he won't be the last. Just because this amazes you so much you think he has to be cheating doesn't really mean a great deal to me.

    A teacher???

**** me, no wonder our kids educations are going down the drain with people like you.

It's not amazing, I've seen FMJ do it before him.

    FMJ is better than Pac

Stick that in your school report and shove my A up your ass
