because he never failed a drugtest, I dont see why there is more reason to suspect him than any other top boxer currently, I dont like accusing boxers of cheating because it makes the game look bad, sure there probably are a few cheats out there and yes testing should be better but to just asume he is on roids based on another man's accusations is a little harsh and unfair in my opinion.

Drug test are relatively easy to Get around with today market of designer drugs and Products that will help you appear clean even when you are not.Steroids and Perfomance Enhancing Drugs riddle every sport around the world...all of them.Players on steroids pass drug test everyday in every sport, especially when they know they are coming.Anybody who does not believe That Most Boxers, baseball players, football players, cyclist or even gymnast use Peds is a naive person to say the least. The drive to be the best will push good people to do things they normally wouldnt.

That's all well and good. But when you're a major sportstar, the risk of getting caught is even greater. Especially in this day and age where the world has experienced far too many top-end stars cheating for it wave a passive eye on those of today.

Manny's been accused of cheating since his destruction of Hatton (well, it was then that Floyd Senior first mentioned the possibility of him using). It would be incredibly stupid and risky, for him and his team to then continue using them in the subsequent fights with Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and Mosley.

Manny isn't inside the top 15 of the world so there are atleast 15 boxers who achieved more. Basing ped allegations on his success would mean you would have to accuse the other greats who preceded him.

Thats a weak arguement....Shane Mosley was a major boxing star who fought another even bigger star in De la hoya and passed the drug test while on steroids. I dont recall Clemens,Bonds,A-rod or Mcguire ever failing a Drug test either but we all now know they were users and much much bigger stars than Pacquiao could ever dream of being. Im not saying Pac uses steroids, but i have been suspicious ever since the test issue was brought up and he flat out didnt want to take it without a 2 week window....say what you want but if you dont have anything to hide why make yourself look like you do.

To add to that though ...how hilarious would it be If after making all that noise about a test it was Mayweather who fails it.

The way I see it, Mayweather should be tested randomly even if he's not fighting since that's what USADA does to Olympic athletes. Don't tell me " but floyd is a professional fighter and not an olympian " but it is Floyd who is implementing an Olympic style drug test in professional Boxing.

The writer of the article put in the "amazing" in his question, but the point still remains and you avoided it. When is the last time Pacquiao fought a fighter coming off a decent streak of wins, and was fairly young?

David Diaz and Jorge Solis were the best two I could find. That isn't saying much as Diaz was never anything special, and the Solis fight was back in 2007.

Face it, Pacman has been cherry picking lately. In-House Bob has been working overtime hyping up these Top Rank shams.

Yeah to hell with it, I might just start trolling and accuse floyd of juicing

"now you tell me how a man winning the golden gloves at 106 pounds is able to take a career light welterweight's best punches and still be able to knock him out? - answer = peds!"

Just saying Duran is a terrible example. His KO rate absolutely PLUMMETED when he moved up in weight. Duran finished with roughly a 50% KO rate after having an over 80% KO Rate as a lightweight.

You're not helping Manny's cause by citing Duran. Just FYI.

And that's a weak rebuttal. Mosley wasn't taking heat at the time. He was comfortably under the radar with no one suspecting him of anything, when he was taking his enhancements. That's the point I was making. Manny has been a suspect (in the eyes of the irrational) since the Hatton fight, and has been under intense scrutiny (from the irrational) whilst beating the **** out of Margarito, Cotto, Clottey and Shane. It makes no sense for him to continue using these drugs with everyone on his tail.

And you can say what you want, but if someone begins accusing you and tarnishing your name because they're jealous of your achievements, you should feel under no obligation to give into their demands and provide them the mental edge they're looking for.
