I sincerely believe that judge thought Mijares was Navarro and Navarro was Mijares, just got them confused thats the only way I can see how that happened.
Like I said, demonic possession is certainly not out of the equation, let's not jump our guns yet and blame it solely on that poor, misguided soul.
Unless this judge was on a controlled substance, that would explain it also, but demonic possession is more fun to speculate.
