That's crazy... it's a 60-40 fight in favor of Mijares... but for NOBODY is picking Munoz is crazy... Mijares should be the favorite, but it seems he's vastly overrated here or nobody knows the Venezuelan... it's a very difficult fight for Mijares...

I like Cristian and I like him in this fight, but Munoz is a lot better boxer than the one who faced Castillo the first time... hell, he was better the second time and he easily defeated Nashiro in Japan - the man who dethroned Castillo - and he can still punch crazy...

It's a very good fight and pretty even... Mijares' style vs. Munoz aggression and power. Classical boxer vs. puncher, and Munoz can certainly bring more than a good punch...

 

That was in no way a close fight. Navarro landed 120ish out of 1250 punches, Mijares landed 300+ out of 800 punches and landed the more telling blows all throughout the fight. 9 rounds to 3 Mijares.

You are confused with Mijares staying in the pocket and doing short slips and rolls, his defensive skill is very underrated. The harder and more damaging blows through the entire fight were by Mijares, as were the more accurate blows and controls/ring generalship, Navarro was truly brutalised in the bout, suffering a broken nose and a fractured cheek bone.

Please re-watch it again and continue to learn how to score.:good

The fight was a near-domination.

 

Mijares boxes a good fight for about the first five rounds but the tides to change and munoz punches start to have an affect munoz by 9th rd KO. 2nd secnario Munoz hurts him early and gets him out in under 4.

im not sold on mijares . he's really nothing specail if he gets by munoz then monteil will beat him but im am going agaist the grain and not drinking sir JIm Jones AKA amsterdam's KooLaid !!!

 

I predict Mijares wins by comfortable wide UD. Something around 9-3, or 10-2, most rounds will be competitive but clearly won by Mijares. Munoz might get lucky and land a flash knockdown, but Mijares will get up and win.

 

mijares is getting full of himself and will taste defeat once again. he is not unbeatable and he will be brought down a notch come fight night.

Mijares is motivated to establish himself as one of the greats, he wants to go for the Undisputed 115 pound status and then attempt it at 118 also. Full of himself? Not at all.

And he is special, Mijares is a boxing master and Munoz is about to get shelled.

 

I get no credit in the ability to rate a fighter?

When I call a hype job a 'hype job', don't they normally reveal that soon after? You know.

All of the ones I have declared a gems, have yet to embarass themselves. People laughed at me when I said Nate Campbell was a special fighter when at 100%, viewing his up and down record, then he brutalises Diaz, whom I even let the general consensus sway me into believing that Nate didn't have what it takes as Diaz was this and that. Diaz is very good, Campbell got underrated.

If you can't see Mijares' potential over the likes of your run of the mill overrated fighters, then please give up on playing the 'rating the fighters game'.

You're still incorrect, we serve magical mushrooms, not kool-aid.

But the reality is that you'll be incorrect on two counts, because God-Mijares is going to put on a supernatural display and shell Munoz into submission, winning every round or near to it.:good

He probably drops rounds here and there just so to make it seem to the average dummy fan that his opponents are competent, as they never rate a guy being dominated, so maybe he'll give Munoz 2 freebie's.

hey i picked nate to beat diaz and not cuz he's special i picked him cuz he was big enough , his style and i knew he was to good for diaz's overated ass. i also got the Cq fight over williams overated as . and casa over katidis.

Mijares is ok but he aint special.

 

yeah i wasn't going to buy it either but i guess i am now since it's only 30 bucks
