    nice job really, the guy obviously had some weight and experience on you. you throw a nice jab, why not throw first when in range, don't wait for him. your head is at 12 o'clock the whole time, good head movement is huge in the ring, for defensive and offensive purposes. when you had him on the ropes you only threw shots at his head, start working that body in those situations aswell as the head. learning to work a guys body over will pay huge especially with newer guys such as yourself. last thought here, learn how to feint, you walk straight in every time throwing. mix it up and the guy wont time you so easy. oh yeah, watch the tape again and you'll notice that you'll throw punches, take a step back and then you'll bring your lead foot back towards your back foot and then put it back into proper position. not only are you off balance at those points if attacked but you leave yourself where you can do nothing offensively or defensively. you take ground, give it back and then do that little thing with your front foot. once youre in the open division guys will fully capitalize on the technical error, its best just to lose that little unneeded step now before your in with guys that can really use their eyes.
