    Well if someone asks for advice about starting boxing on one thread, and then doles out advice on how to box on another its pretty obvious.

    Dont like the Lamar Rusel vid...hes got a terrible habit of boxing towards the mirror. Even when he rotates his body he is looking at the mirror. Not good!

    go to a gym and watch pros shadow you'll learn alot just by watching them. Lucky i live in philly with plenty of good pros the visit the gym i go to time to time
