critique my workout

    Pudding still has red bruises on her ass from the beating Crosstrainer gave her.

    Thanks relentless for the info, so for example my dads got an old tyre in his garage which i lie flat and then flip it over jump over it jump back and then flip it again until the end of the garage. I do this as quick as possible as hard as poss, so is this an example of a conditioning exercise? See my workout is pretty varied and i know i unclude a fair bit lol i just dont know all the names and jargon.

    Aerobic - slow-mid paced, long distance cardio.
    Anaerobic - fast paced cardio in short amount of time.

    yeah thats great but try do it in boxing rounds, e.g set yourself 2 mins and see how many times you can do this then repeat for 3 or 4 rounds.
