Is Cro ALWAYS in shape? I think he is. I've never seen anything to suggest otherwise.

    Badboy pic right there.

Looking very forward to CC's next match, he's been training in cage and always comes back stronger after losses so it should be great.

Well he is 3 weeks out from a fight, so I'd expect him to be in good shape right now!

   That is ****ing hysterical.

And I've never really seen CroCop out of shape either, he seems like the Bernard Hopkins type, stay in the gym and never get out of shape between fights.

But what did you notice about his training? What I noticed is he is working with a lot of world class strikers, only a few ground fighters.. Other thing I noticed is he is practicing out of a cage now. Crocop does always seem to be in great shape, I was more impressed by the calibre of people he is training with.

No kidding. ****ing Ivan Hyppolite coaching, Remy, Mirko, and Yvel all sparring together. Remy and Yvel both have KO's over Kongo, Remy in muay thai and Yvel in MMA. Dean Lister and Ricco working the ground with him. I hope Kongo is having fun training his muay thai with Tito in Big Bear because he is about to get ****ed.

Well, hes fighting Kongo, who has no ground game, even compared to CroCop, I think his choice of sparring partners is accurate for his upcoming fight.

Nice vid. I would really be happy if CC was back in top form. I'm not sure why but I haven't been watching as much MMA since the UFC take over and CC loss.
