Crop is dillusional. He struggled with Kongo!!! His aura has been tainted badly.But we know one thing, a focused Cro Cop is unstoppable.Extra weight or not i think he may have blown his chances badly already.In anycase at Heavy Dana has nothing to loose with him as the division is so sparce and there is little stability now that Randy is gone.
You are probably right. I'm sure Dana is thinking of some way of getting him back in the mix. He is one of the biggest names out there still.
Randy = Stability?????? Sylvia and Arlovski were the only "stability" in the division......not that I was happy with it, but it was stability. Two good fighters amongst many mediocre ones. Randy got knocked out twice in a lower weight class, retired and then returned with 2 impressive wins....only to retire again. That is not stability. Hey it was relavent stability!! The guy was IS a legend and he beat the guys that were put in front of him. Just as we all thought stability was being restored he retires from the UFC and now where faced with the prospect of Sylvia Arlovski 4.:tired

To the average punter cro-cop is still a big, big name. We have seen it for decades in boxing - and now may be seeing a it a bit in MMA too - where the best wont be fighting the best, but the biggest names will be fighting the biggest names. I expect cro-cop will get a surprisingly big name for his next fight. Not because his recent form has earned it, but because his name will make money.
He just knows that Nog won't knock him out on their feet, and wants to feel more comfortable standing up.
He has a big name in Japan. In USA he has only as much name as he got from Roganhype and beating Sanchez. Not much at all. Average fan think he sucks and over hyped.
