I don't look at it like that. I look at them as legit opponents who will have the edge in things like agility, speed, balance, co-ordination. They are smaller guys but skilled operators. My main point is that they add more to his legacy than a rematch does. BArnett would be a great fight. The guy has lost I think three bouts to Cro but thats no shame. He is a top contender with good wins. I'd like to see it. Admittingly I am partially thinking of the marketing side and the fact I like Rampage, Henderson, Silva and Liddell.
Except he has a 6 fight deal through the end of next year with the highest base salary in the UFC. I doubt they want him 1-2 with 3 more fights in which they have to dish him out a min of 350k+350k.
Didn't know the # of fights on the deal, although usually there is a clause in most UFC contracts that if you don't win a certain % of your fights you can be let go, I have no idea if this is in CroCops contract or not however.
