Ok , maybe this is far fetched...But what if... What if somehow...Crocop manages to make a "come back" ? What if he beats Gonzaga & Kongo in his rematchs.. ? The crocop who defeated Barnett has the potential to do the same against a guy like Lesnar. But this is probably wishful thinking..and we're not in 2005 anymore. Maybe crocop will get owned in his next fight...But i'll be crossing my fingers. I'm hoping for a miraculous revival of crocop's career..
This would be a great fight for Lesner and Dana. Some one who is well past his best and wont pose much threat IMO.
Boxingcar, this fight would have been fantastic 5 years ago when Mirko was at his best. I was thinking exactly the same thing today, considering how Mirko tamed the even stronger (but admittedly way less skilled) Bob Sapp with his awesome long range strikes and kicks, would Lesnar have been able to deal with it. While the ground game was never his forte he also had some fantastic defences from it and knew how to tie people up well.
Lesnar would be too big and strong for CC. these days. I am curious to see how much he has left in the tank.
