Fr4nk in his latest ifl vid which was put up yesterday eve titled "on khan k.o" lays out how easy it is to make this fight and he is very keen to do it. (Although if it was made im not sure what it has to do with him as turbos promoted by steve woods) although he must have some involvement otherwise it wouldnt make any sense gor him to be going on about it inbthe way he does.
He really throws the gauntlet down to hearn in this vid so now hearn will have to reply to it. He also goes on about how crolla got paid so well for the barrosa fight was down to him because he made the half mil offer for ant to face turbo.
I do hope this gets made, its hard for me to split em at the mo but if forced id lean towards turbo.

 

The latest iFL interview is essentially one long epic Frank rant. He essentially concedes that the fight needs to be on Sky and states that it needs to be made.... Before listing three or four demands that Hearn isn't going to meet.

At least Frank is talking about making the fight, Hearn is not currently.

 

It can happen yes, but I dont think Gallagher or Hearn will let it happen. Turbo beats him all day.

Not buying into this Crolla's next fight to be at Old Trafford *******s, went on saturday and there was loads of emptys even with the 2nd tier shut. Hes also gonna be turning off a lot of his support if those numptys with no interest in boxing turn up again yelling United.

 

This is true. It's a great fight although you get the feeling Hearn isn't sold on it.

 

That is true but i dont understand why.
Why wouldnt hearn want to make crolla v flanagan it makes no sense.

 

Frank's list of demands are quite long. They also include StubHub being banned from reselling tickets.

 

I can see Crolla and Hearn will go after Linares in the short term.

From listening to the recent F.W interview on IFL, he has said he doesn't care if the fights on SKY he just wants to make it happen and that both fighters get a 50/50 split. He said Hearn can pay Crolla and he'll pay Flanagan.

Hearn has played a clever game though. Making out he paid Crolla big £££ because he was going in with such a beast in Baroso and wanted to make sure he was being paid well...... nonsense.

FW made a career best offer to Crolla to fight Flanagan (around £500k) which they turned down. Hearn then put on a weaker undercard to pump Crolla's pay day to be in/around that sort of figure because of that offer from FW. Now when they negotiate this fight, Hearn can say that his man has been earning 3-4 times more than Flanagan has been and therefore if the fight is to happen, Crolla deserves the bigger split.

 

There was a #toutsout hashtag on Twitter recently calling for more regulation around reselling- needless to say Hearn didn't participate.

 

It's good that FW has conceded on the fight being on sky and not BN- that is a massive obstacle out of the way. However if he was really serious about cutting a deal with Matchroom he would have made his offer/proposal in private to the Hearns and not big Barney Francis and beoacasted it to the public. We know that Bazza Hearn is a hothead and so even if Fast Eddie was half interested in doing business the way Frank has gone about it would have put the kibosh on it as if would have got Bazza's back up.

I thought franks man Andy Ayling and the Hearns where getting on quite well recently especially after Eggington/ Skeete? If the fight is going to get made its people like Andy and Flanagan manager Steve Wood who need to act as the go between if there was any Hope of matchroom and Warrren getting this thing done

 

This is one demand where fr4nk wont get his way. The other stuff he laid out was fairly reasonable imo but when has he ever been bothered about ripping the public off?
