Tá do Téalainnis fheabhsú, chothrom na féinne. Nó b'fhéidir nach bhfuil sé, ach tá mé ag duine deas mar sin beidh mé geallaim duit go bhfuil sé. Chomh maith leis sin, tá mé é seo a ghrá a thaispeáint do mo chomhbhaill Dunky Celt, fiú má needa sé ciúin ar an amaideach.

Why are you in work at such an ungodly hour?

All good on my end I suppose. I haven't slept yet, so it's smokey, sleepy, and significantly messy in terms of hair, but other than that it's same old, naff all to do so no sleep means these extra 5 or so hours on ESB, might even contribute something useful to the place as a result.

    Close(not really), Irish.

Loosely translated I told you that your Thai was improving, and complimented you on it, before then saying I had no idea if it was in fact improving but I'm a nice dude so I'd assure you anyways. Then I explain that I was posting in said language to show love to my Celtic brother Dunky, even though he has to cut down on the sillyness.

We don't talk like that over here, hope I haven't put you off a future travel.

:think How much longer will we be Flea-ridden for? Added to that, how long will we be Flea-less for?

 Did you translate or do you speak the lingo?!?

I'll still be around, only a couple of weeks but I'll probably find a way to post.

I'm educated in it to a degree, though I'm better at spoken Irish than written, though I've melted most of it out and don't know much anymore. I had to translate words like ''assure'' and ''Thai'' and type a few words in to get the fada's and stuff, but I'm more than able to tell Dunky he's silly.:D

My Irish teacher during my leaving cert was extraordinarily hawt, so I decided to actually try to get good at the lingo as a result in order to impress her.

    :yep

I'll need a year out in Siam to get my spoken up to scratch, only know a few phrases and bits of sweet talk. In terms of written Thai? Never gonna' happen

I loved Bangkok - but I don't think I could handle living there! Going again soon; whats the craic with the Muay Thai i.e. where and when?

I take it you work out there? I'm saving up for a year out there next yearfor research/general tomfoolery. I just like the people/culture and getting out of England for a bit!

Lumpini as in Lumpini Park? I don't really know anything on Muay Thai; is that the creme de la creme?

Those are the two prominent stadiums in Bangkok and as far as I know it is indeed the creme de la creme, anyone worth their salt has fought there, gonna' go to a show myself in a couple of weeks :good
