Not the top of most people's list this fight if it actually happens but i was really impressed with Barroso against Kevin Mitchell.
I can't see Crolla beating this guy, I personally don't rate Crolla highly.

Agree I think barroso will win this one. Punches like mule down at that weight, southpaw stance aswell.

Cos he knocked out a washed up Kevin Mitchell with the punch resistance of a hamster ? Corolla is tough and in his prime, this is a completely different prospect and Barroso is a known quantity now, before the Mitchell even the pundits knew very little of him

Was a still good performance and showed good power.
Still fancy Barroso to beat Crolla.

Maybe we'll have an answer one day

    Good post :good

Nice to see someone talk sense, and not get carried away by the Mitchell fight.

Are people forgetting what non puncher Burns did to Mitchell ?

Barosso did look good last time out but I still think there are some weak points in his game though, he's not the fastest, seemed a bit slow with his feet and a little crude, I do think if Crolla was to box and move all night he would have a decent chance in this fight, as far as a prediction goes, I'm really not sure.

Would lean towards Crolla on this one. Think he's a bit tougher than Mitchell these days and has more in the tank

In yesterday's IFL interview, Eddie Hearn said he is looking at making 2 World title fights on the big April 9th Joshua card. With no Manchester dates planned (apart from obviously Frampton v Quigg) does this mean Crolla vs Barroso (or maybe another opponent) is being lined up for April?

I keep thing crolla as gone a bridge to far and he keeps proving otherwise

From a decent career to a very good one with plenty of time to make it even better

i won a fair bit of money on Barroso KO Mitchel

£30 on the single 5/1 and i had a an accumulator as well including it which returned 600 quid :happy:happy

i think Crolla can out box Barroso but if he gets tagged its goodnight vienna
