I've gone for Crolla on points, but wouldn't be surprised if rees runs out of gas and Crolla stops him late.
I was quite concerned after that last Rees fight that he seemed unconcerned over his fitness issues in the post fight interview. He said that he came on strong in the last couple of rounds, and used it as vindication of his fitness levels. So, I was pleased to see that Lockett said last week that the nutritionist knows exactly what went wrong and it's easily rectifiable. Late stoppage for Rees if he fights for twelve at a good pace. Late stoppage for Crolla if he flags.
If rees has got stamina issues in the fight and Crolla lands a few of those body shots itll be a long night for Rees. Im going for Crolla late stoppage he looked great against Watson and hopefully now Crolla is more comfortable at the weight.
Million Dolla Performance I think that if Rees can flag against Murray when he wasnt really ever put under any sustained pressure then the duracell bunny that is Crolla would cause Rees a lot more problem. Also he isnt there to be hit like Murray.
I agree , that is if Rees doesnt gas out , as Crolla knows how to finish unlike Watson and Murray who couldnt take advantage of Rees tiring, still will be a great Domestic Clash
Rees starts well, out boxing Crolla who stays patient behind a full guard and just keeps steady pressure not worried about losing rounds just making them competitive. Around round 6 Rees starts to tire rapidly and Crolla stops him in round 10 in a entertaining battle. Ree's stamina is atrocious and i'm not sure a full training camp will get him over line. Stamina has to be beat up over a space of time and Gavin seems to struggle badly even when looking sheer class. Such a shame really..
