Small crowds will be allowed after December 4th. You could get a thousand at the Joshua-Pulev fight. Barely noticable in that arena, but its better than nothing
You'll get the same issue Japan has had with crowds. There's no atmosphere, at all, as chanting and singing won't be allowed, masks might be mandated, and the overall feeling is... Cold and silent... Might even be no alcohol... And clapping only...
