    If nichols wanted to drain down to 200lb and clean up, then go back to 350lb and unify he should and could. would give cruiser a big boost.

    Well it's been ordered so unless Lebedev wants to vacate then he will have to fulfil his manadatory. I can't see gassiev winning that fight he relies to much in his power however if he does land a big one who knows, one thing we do know is Lebedev has the heart of warrior.

    Don't have a clue, all I know is the top Eastern European guys in that division are very serious. I think once you reach a certain 6'4 and beyond the EE fighters tend to be slow and less explosive i.e dimentrenko, Ustinov. So this division is like a marriage of power and speed with the top guys.

    Where does the bad name come from? It's the strongest division and the best division because the big fights actually happen down there, plus it's kinda like heavy weights with speed, so agree with you

    Is it really no American channel that showing Glowacki vs Usyk?! It's a great fight, I much rather watch that fight than the Ginger vs Smith fight!

    Nah 175 ain't as loaded but it does have some killers coming up and should be a good division once the inactive Stevenson unifies and Kova vs ward is done. Bivol, Gzodyk, berterbiev, shabranksy all look pretty good.

    Both are very good division let's see if the best will be fighting the best there like with the CW division.

    There is no doubt that the cruiser weight divison is a very hot one right now and probably the most loaded one,too.
    Glowaki,Lebedev,Briedis,Huck,Usyk,Dorticos,Gassiev,Masternak,Bellow,Chakhkiev,Makabu,Mchunu,Shumenov,Kucher,and so on.Great division!
    However,Lebedev will soon retire and Usyk will start his reign and rule the roost for a very long time.Maybe Briedis will offer stiff resistance to him.However,I cant really see any fighter at cruiser who will be able to dethrone Usyk.
    Sure,at this point of time Lebedev is still a mighty force but I very much doubt that Usyk vs Lebedev will come off within the next 6-9 months,and the Russian vet doesnt have much time left.
