I’m hoping he can find a bigger platform/fights soon, at least he’s doing 12 with a an opponent that seems pretty hard to take out.
Never got time to fully watch Usyk vs Chisora just had playing in the background at work while it was happening here's my scorecard Round 1 Chisora Round 2 Chisora Round 3 Usyk (Close) Round 4 Chisora (Close) Round 5 Usyk Round 6 Usyk Round 7 Usyk Round 8 Usyk Round 9 Usyk (Close) Round 10 Chisora (Close) Round 11 Usyk (Close) Round 12 Usyk Usyk 116-112 Chisora Very good fight I was impressed with Chisora being able to come on again in the last 4 rounds and make them competitive I was really impressed with Usyks chin and power in the mid-rounds he buzzed Chisora a few times and it looked like if he followed those combos he could have gotten Chisora out of there but he choose to play it safe which was probably smart. Id love to see Usyk vs Joyce as pros Joyce has Improved a lot and so has Usyk id probably favor Usyk at this point still but I don't think it would be a shutout like their first fight. Then get a title shot at whoever holding that WBA belt.
Anyone pumped for Mark Hunt vs Paul Gallen? I wonder how Hunt would have done if he had a full career as a boxer?
Kuzmin coming in almost 260 pounds heavy vs Bakole, yikes! I don't fancy his chances, even if he's a good puncher and Bakole is there to be hit and not exactly a defensive wizard. Talk about a fighter who has regressed since his amateur days...
Kuzmin would have won if he came in 20 lbs lighter almost certainly. I don't feel bad for him though. He wants to be a fat **** despite amateur pedigree and superior skill that's on him.
