I honestly feel Wallin wins this with ease. He has a lot of tools, and just lacks power. Beazele is basically just a big guy who was durable until Joshua and Wilder broke him. But we shall see.
Hopefully we see a big 2021 for him. I think he could be a player in the division if he's handled correctly.
yeah I agree completely breazele likes to slug it out and wallin has shown he don’t mind taking it to the trenches but his boxing ability is miles above Dominic’s and that will be the telling factor. Fury’s win over wallin is going to age well in my opinion.
Some very inactive Don King boxers will be in this event January 29: https://boxrec.com/en/event/825118 Trevor Bryan vs. Manuel Charr is the main event and will be for the "world" WBA heavyweight title. Worst heavyweight title fight of all time? Charr hasn't fought since 2017, and Bryan has been inactive since early 2018. Bermane Stiverne will be one the undercard, as well as Beibut Shumenov, who has fought only once in the past five years.
As if boxing wasn't ridiculous enough, the WBA issued an edict to Charr and Bryan that they would lose their "titles" that they haven't defended in years if they did not face each other. I mean, how does this even work? The whole idea behind and interim champ is that he becomes the champ if the champ can't fight. Well, Charr hasn't fought in four years, so Bryan should be the champ...except that he hasn't fought in two. This is all on top of the fact that Anthony Joshua is the real WBA champ, and, by the way, both these guys suck, and would struggle against Derrick Chisora. So this has got levels and levels of stupid to it. Maybe Gassiev or Hunter can get the winner, and we can have...well...not a "real" champ, because that is Joshua, but at least someone of quality holding and defending the paper belt. As for Stiverne...CRAP! Now we have to see Wilder-Stiverne 3.
Now, I understand that this is sarcasm, but for those following along who are not familiar, this Lovejoy guy is 37 years old and has only beaten one fighter with a positive record. If he is fighting for King, King has probably been bringing him along with the idea of feeding him to Stiverne...which is perhaps a poor choice of words given Bermaine's weight problem.
I expect Stiverne's (likley) win over Lovejoy may propel him back into the rankings of at least one organization. As silly as this sounds, it's a genuine possibility.
