I think Vianello gonna loose this. Rice KOed Coffie who's more durable and hasn't a glass chin like Vianello. Hell Viano had a tough fight against Ibeh.
vianellos chin isn't glass but should be a decent fight had more hopes for vianello but the ibeh fight showed his level which is sad considering he was a decent am fighter.. vianello by SD.
Light vs Okolie 11th March. Kudos to Light for getting this far, but I'm pretty certain it's where the fairytale ends. Light and his team will come prepared with a gameplan, but it might be a bridge way too far vs the lanky Okolie for the 6'1 Light, who's a solid domestic fighter but ultimately not, in my opinion, a A level world beater by any stretch. And I think the style match up will overwhelmingly benefit Okolie. Light is hardly mike Tyson. Having said that, what could be a road to victory? A quick start, get inside Okolie and make it ugly. Hell, it'll be better to go down swinging in the 6th than be battered from the outside for 12.
There is such is such difference between 18 ( Dronov age ) and 21 ( Petrovsky's ) age at super heavyweight it's like a boy vs a man. It was the lone time the 6'4" 1/2 Dronov was stopped and Petrovsky is quite a puncher! Anyway there also a huge difference between 21 and 25 at superheavy in the amateurs! Dronov is still a Russian golden boy. He may mature in to a feared man as a pro. Give it at least a few years! Not to take anything away form Petrovsky. The kid is 20 now and won his last 6 fights in a row. Rec Rec now includes amateur results. https://boxrec.com/en/box-am/867395
The world boxing amateur championship is the #1 tournament in amateur boxing. It is deeper than the Olympics and has 33 nations in it. Up next in the fall 2023 well see if Dronov is ready for it, he will be 21-22 year old by that time. By then he might be the #1 glove for Russia. Sadly Olympic boxing is may not be here for much longer. Here are the box rec super heavyweight amateur ratings! The USA has a man ranked 48th. I did not know box rec had them. https://boxrec.com/en/ratings?role=box-am&offset=0&sex=M&division=Super Heavyweight https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBA_World_Boxing_Championships
If Wilder takes this fight I will have to admit that he has turned over a new leaf. Ruiz is declined, but he is still the legit 6th best heavy in the world.
Today's heavyweight rumors: Fury vs Usyk, Saudi Arabia, March 17th Joshua vs McKean, April in the UK Bakole vs Hunter II, March/April in Las Vegas Yoka vs Simon Kean, March/April in France
